Tuesday we walked and had a lovely lunch at the
Wall House with Tony and Jill from "Nychea" and then clutching our bottles of
'Carib' beer at the 'Select' - one of the Caribbean's most famous bars- we
watched the Carnival parade.

much effort as the participants and it was great fun to watch all ages
having fun in what is really just an excuse for fancy dress and a good
time. The noise was extreme and even buying a drink meant queuing in front of a
6' high speaker and the trucks in the parade were laden with massive speakers
too!
