half way to nowhere

Noon position Tuesday
After another night of motoring we are now halfway
to the Cape Verdes where hopefully we will not need to stop. We have been
sailing all day and are currently (1830) beating to windward on a course of
220m, not ideal but at least we are not burning diesel. Ideally we should just
bear away for the Caribbean but there are some even more adverse winds in
the way!
Apologies for the lack of photos but I am sure you
have all seen the sea!
