We spent 2 nights in Nonsuch Bay and one in Rickett’s Harbour; swimming, snorkelling, lazing and generally relaxing with John and Jane.

Back in English Harbour we finished off the visit with a very enjoyable meal at “ Paparazzi”. The 2 weeks had flown past and we felt sorry for John and Jane heading back to the Argyll winter!
Over the last 10 days we have been occasionally busy working at the inevitable boat maintenance jobs.Socialising is time consuming; with Rich aboard “Kelly Rae” along with Gary & Pam from “Pandora”, with Mike aboard “Mitty” and having Steve & Nic from “Crazy Diamond”(from Scotland!) aboard Moonbeam one night then “Vamoose”,”Mitty” and “Kelly Rae” another! Plus the Sunday evening beach cook-out BBQ here in English Harbour!

The RORC 600 race started on Monday morning with over 50 starters and we watched as one 100ft yacht was dismasted only 5 minutes after the start and “ Maltese Falcon” almost blocked the start line! The winds are very fresh and the fastest yachts will take less than 45 hours
