After a windy uncomfortable night of catabatic winds blowing down into the anchorage at Ormus Kontala, Nisos Serifos we set off at 06.00 to sail the 55 miles to Poros. The shipping lane into Athens was busy but the wind was in a good direction and we made good time, arriving here at 17.15. There is a charter boat show going on so finding a mooring on the quay was not easy, we are stern to, lots of white motor yachts of various sizes for hire, complete with flower arrangements on the stern! We look forward to the arrival of Tom and family tomorrow.
