Farewell Fiji

After an early start on Thursday morning to retrace our steps (46 mile round trip) to catch the customs and immigration officials in Lautoka we sailed out through the reef and left Fiji behind after our 3 week visit.
After a quiet start the wind increased into the night and we had to reef right down to contend with strong winds and rain and corresponding rough seas. We are now well on our way to Port Vila in the Vanuatu Islands in calmer conditions.
