We had another windy night at anchor in Cascais so came into Lisbon this morning - motored past the sights and under the bridge. It is still very windy here but the marina staff could not be more helpful or charming. We will spend a couple of days here seeing Lisbon and visiting chandlers, chart shops and generally setting ourselves up for the next leg to Lagos in the Algarve where hopefully the water will be warmer than the 16 degrees here.
The Americas Cup is being staged at Cascais from the 6th to the 17th August so they are busy making preparations which include mooring for 10 Open 60s and their teams.
