We left the anchorage at Isla Graciosa with less regret than we were anticipating due to an all night rave in a tumbledown shack to the left of the beach. The technomusic (if you can even call it music) went on all night and was still going when we left at 9.30am. We were intending to anchor in one or the other anchorages in Arricife, but having investigated them, the ground was foul and there were other yachts already there, so no swinging room.
With Oyster Moon, the decision was taken to motor on (there was little wind) to this marina at the bottom of Lanzarote. The wind has howled all night, so we think we might have come to the windy corner of the island, here two wind acceleration zones meet, having been channeled by the mountains. However we were very tired so slept well!
