After a disturbed night with the beach music blasting away until 0400 we made the 25 mile passage to Ao Chalong where we are due to pick up George and Harriet this evening. We have now had three good sailing days but three sleepless nights. The first night we swung wildly around on the anchor, then a night when we learnt what was meant by ''groundswell'' (very uncomfortable), and then last night, a lovely peaceful anchorage in the bay, but the music was something else---we think next time we might as well join them on the beach!
