Having had a day off the boat yesterday touring Huahine which was lovely we sailed to Raiatea this morning to sort out a few glitches-----the heads pipe was completely blocked with calcium deposit and it took some removing, indeed it had to be cut out in sections. We hope to find some replacement pipe tomorrow. The fan on the new battery charger has gone on the blink so an electrician is looking at it first thing in the morning. We are moored off the boatyard at Raiatea.
The views of the reef are spectacular and one can nearly sail all the way around the island within the reef. The adjacent island of Tahaa is within the same reef and that island can be completely circumnavigated!
