We motored out of Ria Muros this morning into a rolling sea. After lunch the wind filled in (which happens a lot here in the summer) and we had a great sail into this Ria, ending up anchoring off the beach here in Pobra do Carminal. During the day we had to retrieve my hat which had been knocked overboard by the flogging Genoa, luckily I was sitting down after tying down the mainsail. All good man overboard practice as we reversed our track to find it. It is still blowing 15-20 knots although it will calm down as the sun goes down. The generator behaved so we were able to use the watermaker too. Makes good drinking water but will not produce Dr Bells on tap!
