Noon and 117 miles run since leaving Debut.  We are having to slow down so as not to arrive off Banda in the dark.  Unfortunately we have a very unpleasant sea on the stern with steep waves up to 3.5 metres and a short interval between waves.  We saw a whale spout four times but it was astern and too far away to turn the yacht around to go and look.   93 miles to go.
