Following our lovely few days on Tobago Cays we needed to top up the rations so we did this on Union island while we were checking out at Immigration.

Once again, small island but fantastic fruit and veg in the market.

Not quite the same story in the shops where the alcohol shelves at the back were pretty well stocked and there were plenty of eggs but not much else.

No problem for us though because we love the fruit and veg and on this occasion decided that we would have our first go at cooking lobster.  The key issue was making sure that they fitted in our largest pan.

These were purchased from one of the boat boys who gave detailed instructions on their care and maintenance for the rest of the day.  They were lively little critters initially but soon settled into their respective buckets on board.

We managed to wrestle all the arms, legs and antennae into the pans and produce a very tasty supper.
