To finish, some general photographs.

The water taxi’s were fantastic.  Came very quickly when you called on the radio and for a dollar delivered you quickly and comfortably to the shor or back to your boat.  Saved hourse of messing about with the dingy and outboard.

The wonderfully named Sally Lightfoot crab is common, absolutely spectacular to look at and fun to watch as they feed themselves with tiny morsels picked up from the rocks in their pincers.  They are also stroppy little critters who seem to fight with each other a lot which is equally entertaining.

We were in dire need of a laundry on arrival and within a few meters of the jetty we found one.  We didn’t expect too much given the apparent chaos but were made very welcome as our laundry was weighed and priced and they were very helpful about getting it back to us in time for clean sheets at bedtime.

It turned out to be the best we have used.  Everything fabulously clean, folded neatly and some things pressed!  And.. very reasonably priced.

Dirk and Tom had found the street food.  We love this kind of eating and were not disappointed.  Prawns in coconut sauce with rice and salad were simple but really delicious and cooked to order.
