Overnight stay here after checking in with customs and immigration.  Bit of a shop at the veggie stalls and in a fairly basic supermarket but we found everything we need including a fairly large bag of frozen conch that will keep us in fritters for a few days.

We had a terrific snorkel on Sandy Island just off Carriacou yesterday even though the sea was a bit rough.  Plenty to see.

The boys had their first turtle sighting yesterday and we should see many more today as we move over to Tobago Cays where we will stay for three days weather permitting.

Jack and George are doing brilliantly and getting the hang of sailing and life aboard very quickly.  They have taken the helm for hours at a time on some difficult points of sail and kept us on course very nicely.  It is great for us of course to have their strong limbs to pull and push; gives us quite a rest overall!
