While provisioning the boat ready for Jack and Georges arrival we had struggled to find any limes.  The next time we saw Rock he brought a bag of limes from his garden for us, along with some bergamot which he thought we would like to try.  Bergamot is the flavouring in Earl Grey tea and used locally to flavour cakes by grating the rind into the cake mix.  Delicious.  Most of all though we were very touched that Rock had taken this trouble for us.
