Brad had taken the precaution of buying a couple of lures while we were in Oriental, rather than rely on the spectacularly unsuccessful collection that we already had on board. He rigged the line and out it went.
Within hours, yes, just a few hours something took the lure and Brad set about reeling it in. As it got closer we could see that it was a good size Mahi Mahi. Fantastic. Now all we had to do was land the thing. |
Brad on the rod and line, Mike on the gaff, Carol on the camera. Teamwork.

Done it. Back to sailing the boat while Brad does a bit of filleting. It was delicious. Two dinners and one lunch. Thank you fish.
