Day 3 Freemans Bay

Today we cleaned the hull of the se that was covering it. Using the old scouring pads made it a little more hard work as they are feeling quite smooth. Tomorrow morning shall go in the water again to check for little areas missed and scrape
propellor if required. Earlier went to pick up the pulpit away for repair. The studs looked good. Unfortunately 1 was angled incorrectly, it was in line with the frame above so would be impossible to install, all suds need to be straight down so all can be put
through the deck at the same time. It was taken back to be corrected, I had hoped to have a call by now to collect it and get it fitted. Had a call after paragraph below. Collected and all studs line up with the holes on deck. Gone 1730 here so will fit in
the morning before hull quicky then to the dock When fitted we can go in to the marina, without it cannot put fenders on the Port side. |
