Good sailing all night and day 6-7 knots. A little over an hour ago the wind switched to very low mode and now down to doing 3 knots on a good surge. Latest forecast just in confirms the change from prevoius editions. We may get a short respite in about 18 hours for 12 or so. Looks like our progress to Antigua is going to be a painfully slow one. With the lack of wind has come 100% cloud cover not good for the old solar panel.

Temperature is normally 24C-25C, outside which is making the cabin very hot for sleeping whic is 30C. We do have fans but not viable to fit when sailing as does impede access when at a heel.

Not much wildlife around, just the one bird infrequently seen skimming the waves. Today have seen some flying fish doing their thing. Even civillised life not seen for 6 or 7 days, maybe more.

Chartplotter indicates we have covered 2369nm and have 540nm to go. Average speed since Las Palmas 6 knots.

Dinner will be Chicken meatballs in gravy, peas, mash, cheese, baguette and pineapple rings.
