We went sailing today, well racing. We did very badly.
Not last but badly. Would have helped if had assymetric spinnaker today as one
leg too tight for symetric and lost ground that we should not have done, The 2nd
race we were no where near the start so was about 90 seconds late, we did
overtake one boat up the 1st beat, but that was it.
The anchor is a bit of a pain having to take it off and
put below for racing then reattach when come back in. Also when we got back the
boarding plank we had been using was on another boat. As the wall we back onto
slants we are a long way off so had to find something else which is a bit thin
and does not feel good crossing.
Tomorrow will try harder.
