We came into the marina at Nonsga Point on Batam Island early yesterday and it was a welcome surprise after the last marina experience at Bali.

Lovely big berths, electric, water, laundry and a wonderful hotel that serves food 24 hrs a day and has a huge swimming pool !

We had a leisurely lunch with Bali Blue, and Chsalanina and then relaxed by the pool for the afternoon.

Photo blogs will be uploaded today as the hotel has free wifi too.

There is a shopping trip arranged for this morning and tomorrow morning we check out (hopefully) and leave for Singapore.

The Chart plotter is showing over 100 ships in the Singapore straight – so the crossing this water to Singapore will be a lesson in dodgems !
