The wind has disappeared and we have been motoring all night and all day.

The gooseneck repair needed attention at 5.00am as the bolt had worked itself half out !

Adam sat astride the boom drilling out the broken split pin from the bolt whilst Mark aligned the gooseneck so that the bolt could be slid back into place and a new split pin slotted in.

The chrome work is finished and sparkling.

What a team !

It is getting hotter every day as we approach Antigua and today we filled the ‘hot’ tub with cold sea water and had a splash around to cool down – how good is that !

We are currently on target to arrive in Antigua on Wednesday to meet Sandie, Kirsty, Amalia and Riley, who are flying in that afternoon.

We had a curry last night – well it was Saturday night -Chicken Jalfrezi, pupadums, onion salad and mango chutney (thanks to Stuart & Joselyne).
