Firstly, good news, we have received notification from Richard at Blue Water Rally that we are able to obtain temporary clearance into Indonesia in Bali (at a cost !) and so we are hoping this all goes to plan on our arrival.

We took down the cruising chute at sunset and motored through the night towards the islands of Rinca and Komodo where we had planned to anchor.

However, our ETA is currently late tonight and, since we need to be on the move again around 5.00am, we have decided to keep going and head directly for Lombok.

We should then have time for a nights rest and be in a position to time our trip through the channel between the islands that takes us the last 45 miles to Bali.

So ETA Bali Monday afternoon 25^th October.

Adam & Kirsty & Amalia & Riley arrive midday on that same day !

The cruising chute is back up (no problem) although we are motor sailing to keep our speed up as there is little wind and it is hot, hot, hot today !
