For sure, you can come back again and again in Bonifacio by sea and again and again you will be amazed by its natural beauty. Indeed, the harbour of Bonifacio is the most spectacular natural harbour in the whole of Corsica. The narrow, deep inlet with high, almost vertical slopes of white rock, crowned by a medieval walled town and citadel is totally unique and breathtaking and all cameras were out to capture this natural beauty as we arrived yesterday toward 4 pm. We were given a berth next to the “quai” were all the vibrant restaurants are, which has proven to be very lively during the evening and late during the night…., yet very convenient to do our shopping as at this harbour we had a crew change, so new food shopping. We dined all together “old” and “new” crew in a very interesting and delicious restaurant “L’Archivolto" where we tasted some local wine & food; situated in the small "village" on top of the cliffs and admired the view of both the harbour and the white cliffs at sunset, magical sight.

After sadly having to say goodbye to Marina, Paolo and Lupo, Kim, Roberto and I headed for lunch in another paradise place - les îles Lavezzi were we swam in transparent waters full of fishes not shy at all who were hoping to get some crumbs of our lunch ! We then motored back to the coast and anchored in “Rondinara Sud”. Tomorrow wind is on the programme again and we are planning to go to Porto Vecchio.
