Breakfast on the boat with a view on Ibiza old town and in a sunny day in how we started our day. Then after a small and efficient repair on our main sail - a great job performed by our 3 men onboard (look at Alastair and Roberto perfectly synchronised!), we motored along the East Cost of Ibiza, admiring the horrendous constructions made for tourists, and towards the North of the Island, the less built and more rough, colourful and big cliffs overseen by green trees. It was so calm that we managed to have lunch while motoring - what a change ! An hour before arriving in our anchorage we were even able to put our genoa and the main sail out and sailed gently to a bay North of the Island - Cala Charraca where each of us enjoyed a relaxing afternoon comprised of swimming, sun bathing, catching up with e-mails, reading, etc. before taking an aperitif while watching a group of teenagers on their paddle board. In sum we were in cruising mode. Yet that is about to change as tomorrow at 11 am we are due to cross to Barcelona for a 23 hours crossing which apparently should be enjoyable, yet as I have heard that one already, Julia and I decided to prepare sandwiches for lunch and to pre-cook our dinner for it to be microwaved, just in case….

Team spirit in definitively high and cooperation on this boat is just incredible, definitively “All hands on deck’” 24hours out of 24 with this crew, just amazing !
