Haven't had a moment to get near the blog because its been WINDY and the sea got lumpy which is a sailory euphemism for BIG WAVES.
This has resulted in loss of sleep and a few bruises. Andrew scared us all by deciding to check out a new squeak whilst drying up which found him wandering around the stern cabin holding The Knife and T towel…he was found clutching his chest waving the knife, turned out he'd fallen and thumped his ribs not stabbed himself.  Bag of frozen peas and he's fine. The knife has since been confined to barracks in the galley drawer. Trouble is with lumpy seas is we all (Harry and Imo exempt) fall about the place and get weary.
We.ve been hand steering all week which overall makes activities of daily living (ADL) rather tiresome, though having had a big pot of Opah's lentils last night means all aboard are at least regular today.

Chillin off watch…Ali has brought a million films on his computer. At times the generator can hardly keep up with all the charging of gadgets.

The other day Hebe was radio net controller for the fleet, Andrew buried himself at the chart table in the morning tensely taking the roll call and positions all very professionally. He gave me the task of the evening roll call which is more of a chat call. I noticed after a few calls that the oth ers were laughing at me which was disastrous as I completely corpsed barely able to do any radio speech at all. The Brits of the fleet got the joke but one poor German boat came crackling across the airwaves to say their generator had broken,  my  "I'm really sorry about your generator"  came out as dreadful giggles  Ali even filmed the session while the rest of them were falling on the floor clutching their sides. I haven't giggled that badly since Priscilla and I farted during yoga.
We haven't seen a soul for days , not been a whale or caught any fish. We heard today there are Japanese fishing boats nearby. It's putting me off ever buying sushi again.
