The photo shows the entrance to Yamba, and the Clarence River the largest river on the East coast of Australia. At the Mouth it is 1/2 mile wide, with 90 islands in the next 50 miles up river, we are able to take Gijima 60 miles in land.

To lest of the photo is Yamba and the marina, and then to right is Illuka where we often go for weekends. You can see the main beach to left this is where Sean does life saving, and our apartment is to left.

This forms a great location with warm water, but no cyclones similar climate to San Diego, but green and warmer water.
