Morning broke with a slight haze over land due to now wind temperature was
warm, and I threw out the fishing lines. The seas have shifted to the south
at 3 to 4 feet at 14 seconds, I noticed this gradual shift during the night,
but by day light it was a clear shift, the wind is out of the south as well,
and we travelling basically east.
The boys are up we have a plastic blow up bath tub in the cockpit full of
fresh water which they having a great time splashing around in, as the sun
climbs so does the heat. But we have the breeze to keep us cool.
It is more bouncy today, I am hoping the forecasts and models are accurate
and the wind does not build to more than 10 knots as it will cause issues
with the seas and currents as come up to this major headland. We have 8
hours to go at this speed, but I suspect we will be lucky to hold this speed
due to currents, we took a hammering on speed at the last point where the
current was 2 + knots against us.
I will fill up the water this afternoon so we have full tanks going into
port.
Tracy is looking at activities for the boys as preparation for the 3 day
passage we have to do in the next 2 weeks to leave Mexico.

Stay tuned.
