We had a day putting things together ready for a passage, as I have said before boats have a habit of exploding when you stop with toys and stuff on decks and out, we have got it into an art to get them back. Everything has it's spot, and we can get the boat ship shape in a couple of hours, and then a couple of hours on the beach with the kids.
I took time out to do a long canoe myself while everyone slept this afternoon, it was just tranquil and calm as I glided across the clear water under the over hanging trees. I hope we find new places like this, we expect the anchorages may be more rolly.
Certainly I think the passage tomorrow while not long at 110 nmiles it is liable to bouncy as waves seem to become short periods.
Certainly we did not have thunder storms today, as there have been these regularly fir the past 6 days in the afternoon with some really exciting lightening.
I will post tomorrow from sea.
