The sun is coming through in a partly cloudy sky and we have Mozart playing as we do on a Sunday. The water is flat full of life, and clear you can see 30 feet to the bottom. The boys and I did some fishing this morning over the side, and caught some big colorful puffer fish, which had a habit of cutting through the line.
Yesterday afternoon I was over Sunsation and Sharon mentioned that it is meant to rain 5 days until Thursday, as there is a low off the coast, which is why we staying put as it is giving us 15 to 20 knot winds directly on the nose (" as all good sailors know "gentlemen do not go to wind") combined with the seas at 10 foot it is much nicer in this bay. The howling moneys are calling to each other over the bay, we have some other local fish men on the beach focused on their effort.
The weather when I took a closer look at the models put us here getting the fringes of the rain, that is why we partly cloudy, and it is where we are going that we will see rain. For us why rush, last night as we went to happy hour up at the marina (a 2 mile dinghy ride) the heavens opened up in one of those showers, we had this most of the night, but no big issue as it helped fill the tanks. We are still looking a possible weather window Wednesday / Thursday, but I have the gut feel that the passage will be an uncomfortable one, but that cannot be helped we can only try to make it less uncomfortable.
Well it is beach time the boys are jumping ready to go, and we wanted to walk part of the golf coarse looking at different moneys.

Catch you latter
