Today was one of those catch up days, late sleep in, and then clean up, we
all got to have hair cuts first for me in 6 months so a clean up was on the
cards.
We then took the boys to Natural Museum which was actually very good, great
collection of birds which we had seen in flight and everywhere but now the
boys could see and identify, same with the local animals. It was well laid
out and the boys loved it, we spent 2 hours there, and it was good education
a lot of questions, it is these sessions which cement a lot of good field
work we have done.
Next was Ice Skating we had a chance to do this on the way to airport so got
Sean out on the ICE, a little tentative but then Tracy got out and he built
up confidence.
We had a late flight to Puerto Montt where we will do some exploring around
the regions before moving across the Andes by ferry to Argentina at the end
of week (should be a spectacular trip through the Lake District).
It's late and two worn out boys, but we have a great view over the harbor as
we go to sleep.
