The sun set 6 of us were on the balcony having sundowners and the edge of the world was orange and purple.
The boys and Tracy left today on their way back to California, in a small 8 seater singly prop they roared off the jungle strip and out over the Gulf of Dulce. They arrived in San Jose and are visiting the Butterfly farm, before going on to California tomorrow.
In the mean time I went to store collected the required cleaning stuff and and went back to boat to spray the boat under the floor boards with insect spray, and wipe it all down, made good progress. V birth is packed away, and now the boat airs, I have 3 to 4 more days to get the boat put to bed.
Had sundowners with a couple who have circumnavigated and spent time in Coffs Harbor, they are now heading north hoping to keep the boat Bahia De Sol for a while. They have just come through channel, having gone from Australia to Med via the red sea, lost to talk about, but we all swap stories and that is what I enjoy.
Dinner is on Sunsation with with Maggie and Bill, strange no rain for 2 days this could come an issue that I have to use my water maker.
All the Christmas lights have come out in Golfito every house has a tree, and lights with the mountains behind and sea makes a nice sight, and when we went to dinner last night with boys at the Banana Bay Marina Bar they had the tree in full swing which pleased the boys.
In two days they will be in California's xmas, lights and all, as I think of that I still in shorts and T shirt no shoes my standard dress for the last year, I will have to adjust.
