We had a great 2 days in San Salvador got a new violin for Sean, as he had out grown his old one, and then we all attended his recital with the rest of kids at the school of music, it was a lovely time, Sean was very proud and the other parents were very nice. We then did the kids museum, and then back down here, it was dry all weekend.

Got back to find that the battery charger was not working, pulled it apart and still does not work, checked all the fuses etc, but nothing. Debated staying to replace but it would mean 3 days if it was on hand, and we only going to use once more, and we can run the generator to charge so we live with out, and I will play with it at the next port and see if there are any new units on hand in Costa Rica, otherwise we will survive until California.

But it is the frustration of running into this hours before leaving, but that would be cruising.

I will review if not able to fix I will get my friend Ed to send maybe one to Costa Rica, we will see, this is also a sign of how relaxed and at peace with this lifestyle I have come, I just took it in my stride and so did Tracy, I am not sure I would have done that a year ago.

We had our neighbors next door come in with 68 Mahi Mahi s we had Sharon and John from Sun senation over for dinner and had the restaurant do it in crumbs, it was nice.

So we ran the generator to charge, and we have put everything away for early night, as we have 20 + hours out there tomorrow, forecast is 5 feet at 12 to 13 seconds, and about 6 to 10 knots of wind, but looks like it will be close to nose, so I am not too hopeful.

So all is go for us to get our exit papers I have authorities here at 7 am, and then over the bar about 10 am. Stay tuned next up date will be out at sea we hope.
