This was our longest passage 2 days and nights and we got into a routine
with blow up swimming pool in the cockpit, the boys cool down and have water
everywhere, as we are on a broad reach which means we close to going the
same speed as the wind so it gets hot.
You will see Tracy on the bow with Sean and then Alex, we doing spotting of
wild life birds and sea life which they then research, on this trip we saw
live off the bow Manta Rays, big sea turtles, dolphins, whales and many
birds, and boys love this as they very close to boat. We also do games like
monopoly and then crafts with the boys, not counting the fishing and books
we cover. Time is very busy but also relaxing. The boys like it as they get
1 on 1 time and we have a lot of activities and models to build so in many
ways it is one of the best times as long as the seas are not bad.
We sailed with Wunderlust on this passage and we had a couple of nights out
in Huatulco with them. Photos of Huatulco will follow.
