We left the Pitons early to sail the 65 miles down to Admiralty bay, Bequia (pronounced Bekway). St Vincent is between St Lucia and Bequia but has a bad reputation (a lot of crime and muggings) so we studiously avoided it. 

It was a tough sail with strong NE winds. However the crew managed well and we arrived in Bequia just as it was getting dark and anchored in the bay for some well earned food.
