The wind has continued to remain fair for our trip from
Portugal to Madeira, but the huge Atlantic swell has made progress a challenge!
Last night we had a quartering sea which made for some very uncomfortable
conditions and the light winds allowed the sails to flap and kept the whole crew
awake all night!
However, this morning at first light, we put up the
parasailor in light NE F3 winds. It is a beautiful clear day and we are looking
forward to arriving. We have about 100 miles to run to Porto Santo which we
anticipate reaching by early tomorrow morning.
More photos will be posted when we have a better
connection.
