Alive and well in Aswan

Well we are still alive and normal service will return very soon.
We arrived this morning on the train from Luxor and have been to the High
Dam and temple at Philae. The temperature here is over 40 deg C.
In Luxor we toured the Valley of the Kings and the Temples of Karnak.
Cairo was the Pyramids, Museum and old p[arts of the city.
Tomorrow it is on to Abu Simbel, near the Sudanese border before flying
back to Cairo and StB on Thursday.
Normal diary service will resume very soon and pictures will follow, that
is a promise.
