Phosphoresence is the subject for today. It was the highlight of our night
(get it?).

With the moon rising later, the early part of the night is dark and the St
Barbara's hull was lit up as if from underwater lighting. The trailing
propellor for the generator could be clearly seen as could the rope
attaching it to the boat as it snaked through the water. Sam was fortunate
on his watch to witness dolphins jumping clear of the water in a spectacular
light show.

Truly memorable and one of the many benefits of ocean sailing.

Otherwise just a few ships, no fishing vessels and no fish but good sailing
with the wind on the beam and a flat sea. 123 miles covered.
