17.00 and just leaving th Andamans after a stressful 24 hours clearing out.
Passing to the south of Rutand Island and then out into the ocean with 800
miles to go to the southern tip of Sri Lanka.
We have just caught our first fish - a barracuda of about 6 pounds in
weight. Skillfully filleted by Guido, it is about to be cooked by Sam. What
a team!
Now we have to settle into passage mode as we move away from the islands
into a more relaxed routine, mot importantly away from all the paperwork.
