Been a boring 24 hours, however I think we have done around 175nm during the period. The wind has slowly abated and instead of a preferred course of 230M we can only manage 210M. It is better to move south and hope for the trades to fill in. Boat speed at the moment is hovering around 4 knots and when it gets under that for any time then we start the iron topsail which could be any time soon.
 
In the meantime we keep busy with cocktail hour each evening and today we will try this
Pisco Sour recipe from Storyteller;
 
3 jiggers Pisco Brandy,
2 jiggers of lime juice,
1 egg white,
1 drop Angostura Bitters,
1 table spoon sugar;
shaken not stirred with ice.
