Last 24 hours we have motored 16.5 of them in flat seas. However our wind guru has promised proper trade winds for the next 1075nm to St Lucia. Currently running along under full main, winged out genoa and the staysail tight amidships (fore & aft) which is helping funnel wind into the genoa. Wind is from 100° magnetic and we a bopping along at 7 to 8 knots.

Oh & Helen WE GOT A FISH!

About a 3.5 kilo Mahi Mahi. Irene notice that the rubber band on the fishing gear had slipped off and Justin went to make it good. He thought the line was a bit heavy so pulled it in to investigate and there it was! Fish for dinner tonight.

Oh & what was the skipper doing during all this excitement?
It had been a long night!

Love to all and more tomorrow.
PS Irene is excited as we are on the down leg run.
