Wallaman Falls 6th January 2011

I hate this word, but it is the only one to describe this place – AWESOME. Wallaman Falls is the longest continual drop of water in Australia. The waters plunge down a sheer cliff into a 20m deep pool
, making a swoosh and a boom as water hits water. You would NOT want to swim here. You’d get churned in the vortex or bombed by water falling on you like a brick, and your body parts would be eaten by crocodiles. But it is great to look at.
