LAZY today, too hot, too humid, we did a historical museum, half heartedly.  The best bit was a video about the 1998 flood when the Katherine River engulfed the town and all the outlying stations.  We saw the Katherine Gorge yesterday with its towering rock walls; during the flood it filled nearly to the brim, that’s a lot of water.  But we were low on enthusiasm today, and the only bit that made us sit up was the big croc chasing the fire dept out of Woollies.
