Monday 5th September 2011

 

Tomorrow we get a flight to Singapore.  We’ve been home for August.

 

We knew we were on the way home when we camped in Northern France and had to put all our camping gear away soaking wet.  We got back into Portsmouth quite late and Sue put us up for the night, and did our ironing!!! Way beyond the call of duty but we are eternally grateful!

 

The next 3 weeks we were in Tim and Kathy’s lovely flat overlooking the Lymington River which gave us a great holiday feeling.  Thank you so much Tim and Kathy.  We blitzed the garden, which was good fun, it’s looking fab.

 

I am writing this from Carol and Roger’s house where we’ve had a lovely time putting the car to bed and playing with them in the garden, so a big Thank you to Carol and Roger for having us.

 

Now we’re off again!
