Well at last we left the harbour and took Blue Beyond out to sea , things were going so well and it was such fun that we missed the 4 o’clock bridge and just had a cup of tea and a doughnut and carried on sailing , we came back on to the fuel berth at about 7-30 , tired but happy . Friends Viv and Richard popped across the river for a quick drink to celebrate my birthday then Mark and I went to restaurant for a meal . we came back and Mark tried to assist Kevin who carried on trying to install the electrics until 11-30 , boy does that man work hard , then we spent the first night on board listening to the slapping of the water on the stern and the next boats generator , so no we didn’t get any sleep! , but these are the joys of life on the water and we will get used to it . We are leaving at first light tomorrow so the next blog will be from Plymouth .

Something strange has happened, there might be a potentional stowaway !!! somethings afoot ! I’ll update you on the next blog!
