Plan B worked! After an easy night in Kastrup Strandpark (please ignore misspelling in earlier blog), we departed at 0900 and an hour later - having been chased by a seaplane! - were nosing into Langelinie basin. Boats were coming out as we went in, so we surmised there had to be room. Not much though: but we spotted a vacant stern mooring buoy in a sheltered corner, and eventually shouldered our way into the associated berth. The eyes of the fenders either side are out on stalks - there was a similar _expression_ on the adjacent German boat's skipper's face! But I don't think his and his wife's departure ashore 30 minutes later with suitcases in tow was entirely down to our arrival....
Peter, Rosalie and Mike are due to join 1st, and Stuart departs tomorrow. So the skipper has a couple of days to restock the stores, fix stuff (in another exotic places), get a hair cut etc etc. But phase 5 of the Baltic cruise now complete.
