A wonderful day in paradise. Weighed anchor under genoa alone, and wafted the remaining four miles of Lake Boren to be in the first lock of the next section by 0930. The next two hours saw us passing through beautifully kept farmland, with the ripening wheat dancing in the wind. We made the most of the favourable W5, under genoa in some sections that included sailing over a motorway aqueduct.  We wondered what the traffic passing below us made of us! Then down a series of 14 locks in very close succession - what a slick, well drilled crew Aquila has. Out into Lake Rosen, storming along under the genoa with the W5 right behind us. By 1600 we had re-entered the canal  system again at Norsholm, and elected to spend the night here to take advantage of the restaurant and showers.  111 lock miles under our belts today!
