A seven hour pilotex through the Swedish inner leads kept the skipper and mate permanently on their toes - even the skipper rated some of the transit as 'pretty sporting'.  Double reefed main and a rolled genoa took us through 50% of it all, with the donk doing the very tightest or into wind bits. As George is not qualified for such passages, we were both glad to reach our intended overnight stop at Trosa, a charming former herring port that has reinvented itself as a well-heeled hideaway.  A good meal ashore preceded another very peaceful night - sleeping like logs does not describe it!
