Sunday: Aquila now peacefully at anchor off Lampaul, SW Ushant, in lovely morning sunshine after a rollicking crossing of the Bay. High had given us ENE winds for 3 days, initially 6-7 decreasing as we neared its centre. Bright, bright blue sky and seas throughout, with excellent moon for most of nights. With Seb as Mate, sailing or indeed life doesn't get any better than this.
