We waited until 10AM the next morning for the health officer to deign to come to see us.

Demetra and I drove around the island yesterday and today.  Steve and Demetri had a boy’s night out last night and spent the better part of today recovering. Steve drove around a bit himself but missed the promised round of golf.

When we checked in the officials all eventually came to the boat.  Checking out is a very different story and it took about two hours of running around. We leave tomorrow (Friday AM) for Savii Island which is the main western half of Fiji and you have to write to the Prime Minister to get permission to visit.  I enclose a sampling of Samoa Photos.  As we have Wi-fi again I will send some extras.
