There hasn’t been much to report.  The wind has eased and we won’t get in until midday or early afternoon.  Broken cloud  and lots of moonlight. We’ve seen one ship the first night and another two nights ago.  No yachts.  Very  few birds.   No dolphins. Very quiet out here. I wore a thermal layer for my watch tonight.

We’re anchored in Cascade Bay on the North side of the island.  It’s sunny and not very protected but it’s the best on offer.  They have a crane to haul out the dinghies when you go ashore.  Customs will be down in 30 minutes or so and we’ll go for an explore.  Yesterday’s 24 hour run was 169 miles and we have averaged 171.6/day overall thanks to the very good  first day.
